The Gala Returns with Rosé All Day, Celebrating Women in Beauty
Connecting women in beauty, brand and influence through casual dinner and meaningful relationships!
Jakarta, September 5, 2026 – The Gala returned to William’s Senopati for it’s sixth volume, this time in collaboration with Rosé All Day as the event's official program partner, bringing together women with diverse experiences across the beauty industry to share knowledge and build connections. From students to long-time industry professionals, guests had the opportunity to connect with one another, gain insights for their future careers, and learn more about authentically connecting with communities through the power of branding and influence.
The world of beauty is ever-evolving, constantly creating new opportunities. Especially in today’s digital age, beauty and self-branding have become increasingly interconnected. Those looking to build their careers in the beauty industry are now navigating skills outside of their field, such as marketing, communications, business management, and personal branding. In such a competitive industry, having mentors and peers in your corner can go a long way.
Learning from Rosé All Day

Joining The Gala Vol.6 as our guest speaker was Tri Susandari, Head of Marketing for Rosé All Day. Rosé All Day is a local female-led cosmetics brand that champions diversity, quality, and accessibility, with products designed for everyday use, every skin type, and are both cruelty-free and halal.

Through this collaboration, Wowmen Group and Rose All Day created a relaxed and welcoming space where guests could learn how beauty and branding can be used for self-confidence.
As Rosé All Day’s Head of Marketing, Tri Susandari brings extensive experience in building a brand, integrated marketing, impactful campaigns, and business growth. She also has a strong background in beauty and personal care, turning consumer demand into meaningful brands and memorable customer experiences.Throughout the evening, Tri shared her knowledge and perspectives with guests navigating their own journeys in the industry.
Connecting Over Dinner

Like previous editions of The Gala, Vol. 6 features a dinner with all guests together around at one table. This intimate setting encouraged more casual conversations and allowed guests to connect, exchange experiences, and network in a lighthearted and relaxed atmosphere.. Networking events can sometimes be extremely nerve-wracking; At The Gala, we want to create an environment that fosters meaningful relationships that go beyond professional connections and open the door to genuine conversations and shared experiences.

We also had an open discussion with our guest speaker and a few fun icebreakers about beauty. Fostering meaningful industry connections doesn’t always look like stiff talks at a black-tie event; sometimes it starts with shared experiences, relatable conversations, and simply getting to know the person sitting across the table.

At The Gala, we always aim to bring together women with different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences to share. In an industry constantly fighting over-saturation and competing visibility, having a strong network of women to learn from and rely on can help your career a long way.
The Gala Vol. 6 offered guests not only the opportunity to learn from Tri’s extensive industry experience, but also from one another. Through shared knowledge, open conversations, and new connections, the evening reflected what The Gala is all about: creating a space where women can grow alongside and support one another as they navigate their careers.
