Acceptance

By using wowmengroup.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Eligibility

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service. If you are a minor, please use Wowmen Group with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or are used unlawfully.

Payments

Tickets and merchandise are paid online through Xendit, our payment provider. Supported methods include bank transfer / virtual account, e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay), QRIS, credit and debit cards, and over-the-counter retail outlets. All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include any applicable taxes. Your order is confirmed once payment is received; unpaid orders expire automatically after 60 minutes.

Cancellations and refunds

• Event tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased. If Wowmen Group cancels or reschedules an event, ticket holders may request a full refund or transfer to the new date.
• Merchandise may be returned if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos; approved returns are refunded or replaced.
• Loyalty program participation is free and earned by attending events. Loyalty vouchers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire according to their stated validity. You can opt out of the public leaderboard at any time from your account. Because nothing is charged, there is nothing to refund.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Xendit and typically settle within 14 business days, depending on your bank or e-wallet. To request a refund, email hi@wowmengroup.com with your order number.

Events

Event details, dates, and venues may change. We will notify ticket holders by email when material changes occur.

Intellectual property

The content, design, branding, logos, and materials on this website belong to Wowmen Group and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' accounts, interfere with the platform's operation, or upload unlawful content.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we work hard to keep everything running smoothly, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, Wowmen Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and your continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
